Resilience Orbit™ — Executive Scorecard (1‑Pager) Guide Purpose: A single-page, board-ready snapshot to show resilience outcomes, risks, and next-step focus for this orbit (e.g., every 21 days). Keep it concise and decision-oriented. Structure (in order): 1) Executive Snapshot (4 one‑liners) • Biggest Win — business outcome, not tech jargon. • Top Risk — what could go wrong next, with impact. • Next Orbit Focus — the #1 thing we’ll ship. • Decision Needed — Y/N and the ask (budget, people, policy). 2) KPIs (grouped) • Platform Health — Availability, Error Rate, p95 Latency. • Incident Readiness — MTTR, MTTD, Sev1/2 count. • Automation & Self‑Healing — Coverage %, Auto‑remediations #, Chaos Pass %. • Customer Impact — % Transactions Affected, Refunds/Comp % revenue. • Compliance & Risk — Critical Vulns #, Days to Remediate, Exceptions #. • Investment & ROI — Hours Saved, $ Avoided, Effort (FTE‑weeks). RAG Defaults (tune as needed): • Availability: Green ≥ Target; Amber ≥ Target − 0.05 pp; else Red. • MTTR / MTTD: Green ≤ Target; Amber ≤ 120% of Target; else Red. • Automation Coverage: Green ≥ Target; Amber within 10 pp; else Red. • Chaos Pass Rate: Green ≥ 90%; Amber 70–89%; Red < 70%. • Transactions Affected & Refunds: Green ≤ Target; Amber ≤ 150% of Target; else Red. Tips for Presenters: • Lead with outcomes and risks; park details in appendix. • Use one sentence per commentary; max 120 characters. • Do not change KPIs frequently — trends matter. • Keep owners on the page to show accountability. • If a KPI is Red twice in a row, it becomes a P1 for the next orbit. How to Use the CSV: • Fill the SAMPLE once to align on thresholds and language. • Share the TEMPLATE each orbit; keep the format unchanged for comparability. • Convert to PDF for exec distribution (print-friendly, 1 page).
